Helise Ronen, L.C.S.W., A.C.S.W

, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is the owner and director of Behavioral Health Treatment Solutions, LLC in which she works with individuals, couples and families that are seeking treatment for mental health or substance abuse issues. She is certified by the Georgia Department of Human Resources as a Clinical Evaluator and Treatment Provider for Multiple DUI Offenders in their Risk Reduction program. She offers consultation and recommendations to judges and lawyers in regards to their clients.
Currently, she is an Account Manager
with Magellan Health Services, Inc. Ms. Ronen
is also the Clinical Field Supervisor for the Masters
of Social Work graduate students at the
University of
Georgia , Georgia State
University
and Clark Atlanta University program. She currently participates
on NASW’s Medicaid Task Force and Ms. Ronen is a member
of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW)
and is the Magellan Health Services representative for
the local Georgia Chapter of NASW.
Prior to joining Magellan, Ms. Ronen served as a Counselor/Consultant at an EAP organization, providing assessment and therapeutic services for client company employees and their dependents. Furthermore, she was an outpatient Center Director for
Charter
Peachford
Hospital
and prior to that a family therapist on their adolescent unit. She has also been in private practice in
Syracuse
,
New York
, presented several workshops on HIPAA and has worked in several community organizations as a therapist, providing clinical, administrative, program development and staff supervision.

Masters of Social Work from Adelphi University School
of Social Work,N.Y.and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
from the State University of New York
at Stony Brook , N.Y.She
has over twenty years post-master clinical experience
